  The Sunset Garden housing units are duplexes that consist of 24 units in 12 buildings. There are eight, two-bedroom units, two of which are ADA accessible and there are sixteen, three-bedroom units. The two-bedroom units are 810 square feet, the ADA units are 957 square feet, and the three-bedroom units are also 957 square feet.¹
