  The Union Plaza housing units are duplexes that consist of 30 units in 15 buildings. There are twenty-four, two-bedroom units, two of which are ADA accessible and there are six, three-bedroom units. The two-bedroom units are 894 square feet, the ADA units are 1082 square feet, and the three-bedroom units are also 1082 square feet.¹
